Deepest card trick on one breath of air [Freediving]

Last updated: October 22, 2017 at 20:03 pm

In April 2007, Dave Womach set the world record for the deepest underwater card stab without an air source off the island of Saipan. A card was selected at the surface and then, a team of divers made their descent to 19 m (62 ft). The cards were dropped to the ocean floor from a depth of 15 m (50 ft). Just before they hit the bottom, Womach fired a spear gun and hit the selected card, the Queen of Diamonds.
