Dynamic apnea without fins AIDA [DNF | Women]

200 m (656.2 ft) – Magdalena Solich-Talanda (Poland) became the first woman to swim 200 m without fins in a pool on April 21, 2018. The record dynamic freedive took place in Mazovia, Poland. Total dive time was 3 min 27 sec after which Solich-Talanda had 15 seconds to remove her facial gear, give the ‘OK’ sign, and verbally state “I am OK.”
