First league of underwater superheroes

Last updated: October 24, 2017 at 20:59 pm

Faster than a speeding starfish, able to leap (onto) lobster boats in a single bound, members of The League of Underwater Superheroes stand ready to explore the depths of Frenchman Bay, Maine. The “league” is led by Eddie “Diver Ed” Monat and his brave crew of Playmobile Mini-Ed’s. As of May 2017, 171 Mini-Ed’s had been killed in accidents or by various sea villains, including lobsters, while in the service of the league. Edward Monat also leads Diver Ed’s Dive-in Theater, a two-hour outing on the Starfish Enterprise where participants get to interact with Diver Ed as he broadcasts live video from beneath the boat.
