Dive Zero TV (Canada) became the first online HD TV network dedicated to scuba diving in 2008. It is no longer online.

Plongeurs.tv (France) became the first French-language online HD TV network dedicated to scuba diving in 2011. An English version of the website is available at YouDive.tv
