First underwater webcam [Realtime video]

2008 – WildCam Belize Reef operated by the National Geographic Society. The webcam was installed in the Glovers Reef Atoll, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The OceanCam® was first designed by Ocean Presence Technologies for continuous monitoring of manta rays in the open ocean.
