Founder and co-owner of Wakatobi dive resort since 1995; studied biology before becoming a professional diver; helped establish the Collaborative Reef Conservation Program in 1997; entrepreneur; dive instructor; learned to skin dive from his father at age four; began scuba diving at age 15.
