Marine biologist; photographer; author; longtime chief scientist and expedition researcher for the Cousteau Society; Vice-President of Science and Education for Ocean Futures Society; Chief Scientist, photographer, writer, educator, and project director for Ambassadors of the Environment educational program; first worked with Jacques-Yves Cousteau in 1968; author of Coral Reefs: Cities Under the Sea (2002), and Water Alive (2005).
