Worldwide President and Chief Operating Officer of PADI, the world’s largest scuba training and certification organization; educator, marine scientist; author; conservationist; helped found Project AWARE, PADI’s nonprofit partner dedicated to the conservation of the aquatic world and supporting ecosystems; former head of head of the Underwater Technology Department at the Florida Institute of Technology; began diving in 1971.
