Jens Stotzner (Germany) cycled 6,708 m (22,007 ft) in 4 hours 48 min. in a swimming pool at Bibert Bad Zirndorf, Zirndorf (Germany), on September 8, 2013. The same competition set a record for the most cyclists in a pool and a speed record over a distance of 50 m.

PREVIOUS RECORD: Vittorio Innocente (Italy) cycled 1.2 km (3,937 ft) in 23 min. 54 sec. in a swimming pool in Chiavera (Italy) on April 12, 2000.
