Founder of Diving Unlimited International (DUI); diving instructor (1960, NAUI #49); diving contractor in San Diego (1965-72); developed procedures and equipment for submarine lockouts; equipment designer for Sea Lab II; participated in the first dives to over 1,000 ft (305 m); lecturer.
