4,720 m (15,486 ft) — On November 19, 2017, Vitomir Maričić (Croatia) did a static (STA) breath-hold dive of 3 min 28 sec in the Annapurna Ice Lake (Nepalese Himalayas). Maričić dove with Lidija Lijić (Croatia) who set the women’s record for the highest altitude static freedive. Water temperature was 2°C (35.5°F).
