Inventor; manufacturer; founder of AP Valves in 1969; the AP (Angela Parker) breathing valve breathing allowed divers to breathe the emergency air carried in the small ABLJ bottles fitted to the Fenzy and later the Buddy jackets; created the first Buddy buoyancy jacket in 1972; began manufacturing polyurethane HF welded buoyancy jackets in 1974; invented the self-sealing surface marker buoy; father of Martin Parker.
