Photographer; author; environmentalist; public speaker; consultant on Philippines diving; co-founder of the International Marinelife Alliance in 1985; inaugural inductee of the Women Divers Hall of Fame in 2000; first underwater camera was a Nikonos II; first volunteer diver at the Shedd Aquarium in 1971; began diving at Bimini (Bahamas) in 1967.
