President and CEO of Scuba Schools International (SSI); purchased NASDS in 1993 and merged with SSI in 1998; sold SSI to Head Corporation in 2014; Chairman of The Dive Shop, Inc, which was founded by his parents when he was 10; became an instructor in 1974; purchased The Dive Shop from his father in 1982 before expanding the business to four locations.
