Former Chief of the Submerged Resources Center (SCRU) for the U.S. National Park Service, worked as an underwater archaeologist for federal and state agencies for more than 40 years; expert in six federal shipwreck cases; advised U.S. Coast Guard during the Deep Water Horizon Oil Spill; archaeological consultant.
